The story
Heyron (heyron.ai, US) gives a solo founder their own AI agent, OpenClaw or Hermes, running 24/7 on its own cloud computer (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM). It connects to 1,000+ apps like Gmail, Notion and GitHub, includes the AI usage, and answers on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or Slack. The $49 a month membership also includes Solo Software Studio, a course and Discord plus Skool community (2,000+ members, per the site) built around a 90-day plan to a first paying customer. New members get a full refund within 14 days (heyron.ai, read Nov 4, 2026).
It started as an experiment. Robby Houston, who told The Koerner Office podcast he is not a coder and works in operations at a full-time job, gave an OpenClaw agent he calls Ron a $100 budget and told it to make money. Its first idea, selling SWOT analyses on Fiverr, got no traction. His TikTok video about the experiment passed a million views, and the agent proposed a paid community instead. Thirteen days after opening he said it was at $8,400 in monthly recurring revenue (podcast published Mar 20, 2026; all self-reported).
Verified monthly revenue (Stripe via TrustMRR): $50,000 in March 2026, $62,900 in April (its best month), $53,000 in May, $42,500 in June, $33,100 in July, $26,500 in August, $21,700 in September and $18,200 in October. Every month since April has been lower than the one before; October is 71% below April (our calc.). As of Nov 4, 2026 TrustMRR shows $17,500 MRR from 610 active subscriptions, down 17.7% in 30 days, $17,400 in the last 30 days and $312,000 all-time, less than nine months after its Feb 12, 2026 founding date.
On X on Jul 22, 2026 the founder wrote that 67 days in, the agent had "built an $84k/month business" (self-reported). The verified figures do not show a month that high: the best month on TrustMRR is April at $62,900. The gap may come from counting a run rate rather than collected cash, but the post does not say, so we show both. At $17,500 from 610 subscriptions, the average is about $29 a month each (our calc.: MRR ÷ subscriptions), below the $49 list price; the listing does not break out discounts.
Why it matters: Heyron sells the "AI agent runs my business" idea at the moment hosted agents are getting cheap. On Nov 3, 2026 YC-backed Agent37 launched always-on agent sandboxes from $4.76 a month (X news). Heyron's bundle (hosting, AI usage and a community with a plan) is what separates it from raw hosting. The founder says he started running the 90-day plan in public on YouTube on Nov 2, 2026 (heyron.ai).

Our verdict
Partly
The fast start came from a viral TikTok experiment and podcast appearances, which you cannot copy on demand. The replicable part is the bundle: take a tool people find hard to set up (a self-hosted AI agent), host it for them, and add a community with a concrete plan. The six-month decline is the warning: a hype-driven launch needs a retention engine.
